Your data rights at Infinity Expat Life
We are committed to protecting your personal data in full compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU/EEA residents.
Thailand PDPA
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) came into full effect in June 2022. As a Thailand-based business, Infinity Expat Life is fully subject to PDPA requirements.
The PDPA gives Thai residents and anyone whose data we process in Thailand strong rights over their personal information.
EU GDPR
If you are a resident of the EU or European Economic Area, the GDPR applies to how we handle your data. We apply GDPR-level standards to all users regardless of location.
Our data practices meet or exceed the requirements of both frameworks.
